You are invited to connect with your wild & curious inner child that is free to play. We will do so through meditation and visualization, moving the body in a playful manner - mindfully and in ocnnection with each other. This session will be fun and light-hearted, yet insightful!
This session will be guided by Ellen & Marije.
Practicals:
- Walk in is at 18:45. The door closes at 19:00. Please be on time!
- Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
- The spoken language is English.
- The sessions are for people of all ages and levels of experience.
There are a maximum of 14 spots available for this session.
